I’m excited to share that I have three of my fine art images on display at the 2018 South Cobb Art Alliance Member Show & Sale at the Mable House Arts Center. The exhibit runs from January 18 – February 26th. The Arts Center is open Monday through Thursday 9am – 5pm (free admission). SCAA is hosting an opening reception on Saturday, January 27th from 5-7 pm. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the opening reception for this show. I invite you to attend the reception or stop by and see the show another time at your convenience to see my fine art prints as well as the work of other local artists, including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media artwork.
Below are the images I have on display at the exhibit. I hope you enjoy them.
I found this lizard perched on the leaves of a hosta plant in our yard, and grabbed my camera and macro lens to capture this curious little creature. The detail you can see in the 12″x18″ print is truly amazing.
I took this macro image of raindrops on my colorful firepower nandina. I just love the depth of the colors in the leaves paired with the clarity of the rain drops.
This was taken during the snow storm that hit Atlanta in December 2017. The huge flakes were so beautiful against the backdrop of snow-covered evergreen trees.
